Get the know the twin sisters behind A Double Dose blog
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Management Information Systems, the Belbel twins, both worked corporate jobs at a public accounting firm. It didn't take long before deciding to go after their dream of running a creative business. Fast forward to today, identical twin sisters Alexis and Samantha, are run the fashion blog A Double Dose, and inspire people worldwide with their awesome style and active lifestyles. We have been following the Belbel twins and are so excited to bring our interview with them to you.

Who are you and what do you do?
We are Alexis and Samantha Belbel, identical twins living in Dallas, Texas. We are the editors and creators behind ADoubleDose.com, a fashion and lifestyle blog. We love covering anything related to beauty, healthy living, fitness, and travel as well!
How did you get started?
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin (HOOK ‘EM!) with degrees in Management Information Systems (we promise it was totally not planned that we majored in the same thing!), we both worked corporate jobs at a public accounting firm before deciding to go after our dreams of running a creative business. We initially were private personal trainers, and then we started blogging in 2015. It's been such a fun journey!
Do you see being a twin as a strength or weakness in getting to where you are today?
It can be both at times. Definitely more strength than weakness, but there are times when it hinders us because we people think we are one item or we can't be successful on our own. Most of the time, it’s someone you can always count on and trust and helps you push through the tough times!
What's your favorite twin moment?
There’s so many that come to mind! We were in a commercial for a hospital together and it was such a fun experience getting to do that together!
When you argue, how long does it take for you to become friends?
Literally two seconds or if it’s a really bad fight, less than an hour.
What do you think everyone should know about being twins?
It’s an amazing bond that you can’t describe. It’s literally your other half.
How would you style a Twinning Store t-shirt?
With a ripped pair of jeans or a cute pair of cutoffs and some flats.
Who is the bossiest?
We both definitely boss each other around
Who is the messiest?
Not messy but messier than the other—Samantha
Who is most active on social media?

Who is the more shy twin?
It switches off

We each take turns, haha!
